11 months old: Our Busy Boy!

Ethan is 11 months old today, and even as I type it, it is still hard to believe.  A year ago today, Tyson and I were flying home from Rome after a 2-week vacation in Italy.  As I've said before, what a difference a year makes!!  There are LOTS of pictures on this post, so I'll try to sum up quickly.  Ethan has been busy, especially this past week.  He had his first visit with the Easter Bunny and his first Easter Egg Hunt, and his first visit to the zoo.  He also had his first (finally) successful day in the church nursery, and he stayed for Sunday School and the worship service!!!

He continues to be such a joy!  We are so blessed by his sweet spirit, giant smiles, and twinkling eyes.  Ethan is definitely keeping us on our toes because he is moving so fast these days. He has endless curiosity, rarely sitting still, always exploring, but also so much fun.  He is also jabbering more and more, still mostly "dada" and "daddy", and lots more we can't make out, with an occasional MA.  Ethan is walking like a pro with his push toy, walking well with hands held, and standing more and more by himself.  It feels more like we have a toddler these days than a baby!  Here are pics from the past few weeks.

As we look forward to celebrating our first Easter with Ethan, we are so thankful for his wonderful presence in our life, and beyond grateful to God for choosing him to be our son and us to be his Mommy and Daddy.  Hope you all have a wonderful and blessed Easter weekend.
