We had a wonderful Christmas this year! We had such a great time celebrating with our families, and Ethan enjoyed every minute! Tyson got an early Christmas present from work, finding out that he would get to be off all week instead of only 3 days! We started our Christmas celebration in Florence the weekend before Christmas, and came home on Sunday afternoon. We attended our church's Christmas Eve service as a family, and Ethan was surprisingly well-behaved during the service and the candle-lighting. My parents came up to spend Christmas Eve night with us, so they could be there when Ethan received his gifts on Christmas morning. We finally woke him up around 630 (because we were so excited we couldn't wait any longer), had Christmas at our house and then headed to Granny's for lunch and then Maw Maw and Paw Paw's for dinner. It was a long day, but Ethan was trooper and survived on only a 45 minute nap. He had a blast opening all the presents and playing with family, and eating a few treats:). Christmas at Granny's was not the same without Steph, but I know she was watching over as we had "family bonding time". Christmas at MawMaw and Paw Paw's was briefly interrupted by a tornado warning, and spending time sitting in the hallway. We were thankful for our safety and we felt so blessed to be able to celebrate our Savior's birth with our families and our own little miracle. Here are a few pics from the week...
