Quarterly-ish update

So, I realized that I should probably post Christmas pics before Easter rolled around... We had a great Christmas and enjoyed spending time with family.  Seeing Christmas through the eyes of our boys makes the season so special.  Ethan played basketball in winter, and that was "an experience."  We survived winter, mild as it was, with trips to McWane, the park, and playing outside.  We are still recovering sleep-wise from the time change, but are definitely enjoying having more daylight, and are happy that Spring has sprung.  E is playing soccer again, and we are counting down to Disney next month, so exciting times abound.  

Disclaimer: For some reason the pics got all scrambled when i uploaded them, and E wants me to play chutes and ladders, so I am not taking the time to try to move all of them into chronological order..

Fall-ish post

So, again, it's been over 3 months since the last post, but I can't help it; time goes so quickly, and these boys are so busy! There is not much time for uploading pics, or even taking as many as I'd like.  Lots of pics below, so quick recap: fall was filled with a few more trips to the lake, early Saturday am soccer games for E, zoo and Mcwane visits, watching football, going to the pumpkin patch, Halloween fun and a safe and fun Thanksgiving with family.  Both boys are so looking forward to Christmas, and C says he is going to "sit by Santa" this week when we go, we shall see...  Hopefully I'll get Santa pics up before Christmas...

It is so fun to see life through the eyes of these boys, and we are never bored:) Our advent devotional tonight encouraged us to think of all the ways that we are blessed, and these precious sons are at the top of the list!
