What a fun month October has been, but my has it flown by!! We started off the month with a visit to the Pumpkin Patch with Gam Gam, Aunt Teresa and cousin Natalie Kate. We had a great time watching Ethan and Natalie Kate have so much fun together. For those of you not on Facebook, here are the Pumpkin Patch Pics:

Today was our church's Trunk or Treat, and we had a wonderful time with family and friends. So since we knew without a doubt, we could never top last year's Elvis, we opted to let Ethan choose this year's costume. Since for awhile there, he called almost everything "a duck", when I gave him options of what he "wanted" to be for Halloween, he said, "a duck";). I was soo thankful for the cool weather; I think that is the only reason he wore the costume (every time I've tried it on him, he's tried to take it off, saying "ALL DONE").
Gam Gam and Pop Pop came up for the event, and Ethan loved spending time with them. It was definitely a different event than last year, when he slept through most of it in his stroller! This year, we played "zone defense" and just tried to keep up with him! He was still not really sure about the "trunk or treating", but gladly accepted all donations into his bucket! We adore this sweet, precious boy and life with him is so much fun these days; we are so thankful for his joyful presence in our life!
