So, looks like the last post was back in March, and let's just say the past 4 months have been a whirlwind! We sold our house (after only 7 days on the market), and moved out 2 days after Ethan's 2nd birthday. We found a house the day before we were going to sign an apartment lease, and were supposed to close 3 weeks later, so we moved in with our dear friends, for what we thought would be a brief stay...
The house fell through, just a week before our closing date, so we had to start the house search over again; finally found a fixer upper and closed on it on June 30, and finally moved in on July 17th. In the midst of all that, we also suffered the loss of my sweet Paw Paw, celebrated our niece, Sarahann's high school graduation, and were able to spend a week at the beach with my family. Needless to say, we've had many highs and lows this summer, but the one constant has been God's presence and faithfulness through it all.
